Customer Service Manager

job requirements :
1) college degree or above, more than 1 year relevant customer service work experience;
2) Good language expression and communication skills, good resilience, and interpersonal skills;
3) Have a strong sense of work enthusiasm and active service, familiar with the use of computer operations;
Job Responsibilities:
1) Answer customer inquiries, timely track and handle customer feedback, and maintain customer relationships.
2) Establish customer data and files, classify different types of customers, and make timely service visits.
3) Assist the sales department with various departments of the company to provide company service efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
4) Collect and arrange market product information, and provide product department with customer demand information.
5) Assist the sales department in sales.
6) Completion of other tasks of leadership arrangements, communication and collaboration with other departments; welding and assembly workers
1. Graduated from technical school or technical school, majored in electronics, with more than 1 year working experience.
2, proficient in welding, can understand simple circuit drawings, work carefully and meticulously.
3, with hard-working, teamwork spirit, integrity and love.
